STUDIO POLICIES
We're open 364 days a year!
Reservations are studio specific. Classes purchased at the Marina location cannot be used Downtown. Classes purchased Downtown cannot be used at the Marina location (except for the Premium 30-day unlimited).
New Clients: May pay the $24 drop-in fee prior to your first exercise class. If you opt to purchase a New Client Special that same day you will only need to pay the $76 balance after class. If you choose to wait and purchase the New Client Special on your next visit then you will be charged the $100 and your 30 days will activate from that next visit. Refunds: No refunds will be given for classes after ten days from purchase date. All classes booked, including no shows and late cancels, within the ten days will be deducted at the single class rate.
Expirations: Class courses expire one year after purchase. Unlimited courses expire 30 days after activation.

Towels: We provide towels without charge. Please leave your locker key at the front desk in exchange.
Latecomers to Class: First-time students must fill out our questionnaire and hang from the stall bar before class begins and may not enter a class after it has commenced. Returning students may enter an ongoing (up to, but not after, 10 minutes into class) class if they lift their knees 50 times before the start of thigh-work.
Drinks: Please do not bring glass or uncapped drinks into the exercise studio. Capped plastic water bottles with caps are allowed. Clear liquids only beyond Lobby.
Socks and Dress: Please wear socks and leggings or sweat pants that cover your knees while exercising. Bar Method logo socks are available for $9.86 (including sales tax). We do not have socks for loan.
Cell Phones: Please do not bring cell phones into the exercise studios.
Gum: Please do not chew gum in the studio.
Pregnant Students: First-time students who are pregnant must take at least 5 pre-natal exercise classes before joining the regular class. New and continuing pregnant students must provide the front desk with a note from their doctor allowing them to take strengthening and stretching classes. Pregnant students can opt to take the first half of the class (which focuses on the arms and legs) for half price! Refer to “Moms to be” for more information.
Children: Mothers who bring children under age 9 must place them in the childcare room during class. Children may not play or climb on the stall bars and other exercise equipment. See how to make reservations for childcare› |
